Production Blowing process
We have established the full set of machines which are reliable and efficient. The majority of these machines are from Taiwan. Our main products are retardant plastic bags, anti-static bags, and HDPE (High Density) & LDPE (Low Density) sheet as well as plastic bags. The range of width of plastic bags we can produce is 3" to 80" while the length is not restricted.
Production Printing process
Sue Cheng Plastic owns high speed color printing machines which are applicable for 2-color printing. After receipts of orders, we start the preparation of each production process, such as art works, films & block rotary. We devote ourselves in strict control of any overlapping or mistakes between 2 printing colors, which is also the good reputation we gain from our customers.
Production Cutting process
The high-speed precise cutting machines we imported is for the purpose for us to strictly follow the specifications of bottom sealing and cutting and to serve our clients to meet the goal of efficiency, quality and precision.
Quality Assurance (QA) process
Over year, SCP insist the main principle of meeting customer's demands, Therefore, we have made good use of skilled specialists and efficient precision producing equipment. We inspect product with strict quality inspection standards. Each production process is directly inspected by the QA supervisor. For this reason, SCP is well-known of its quality and service.
Material/ Store process
The price of raw material inevitably depends on the international oil prices and oil finery cost. Therefore, we have a well-organized area for storing plastic raw materials as well as a efficient stocking system in order to cope with the price difference in the market. A safety stock to satisfy our customer's demands is built by management team under the standard of "FIFO" (First-in, First-Out).
